General Questions

No, a referral is not required. You can book directly with us.

Yes, telehealth appointments are available. However, please note that Medicare rebates for telehealth can only be claimed if you have attended a face-to-face appointment within the last 12 months.

If you have not been seen face-to-face within the last 12 months, a gap fee cannot be collected. If you have attended in-person within the past 12 months, then a gap fee may be charged.

Prescriptions & Medications

Yes, repeat prescriptions may be requested, but they are subject to approval and may require an appointment.

No, we do not prescribe opioids or benzodiazepines.

Yes, but only through our dedicated weight loss clinic, following assessment and eligibility criteria.

Yes, our nurse practitioners provide care across all ages.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. A DNA (did not attend) fee may apply.

Yes, medical certificates can be issued following a consultation. Please allow up to 24 hours for processing.
