All consultation fees are displayed at the time of booking. Payment is required at the time of booking or service delivery. Medicare rebates may apply for eligible patients in accordance with current Medicare rules. Telehealth rebates depend on individual eligibility (e.g. a face-to-face appointment within the last 12 months). No Medicare rebate applies to express scripts or medical certificate services.
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, may incur the full consultation fee. Refunds are not available once a consultation has commenced.
Patients are responsible for ensuring a private, safe, and stable environment for telehealth appointments. Reliable internet and an appropriate device are required. Certain cases may require a face-to-face consultation for clinical safety or Medicare eligibility. By booking a telehealth appointment, you consent to receive care via electronic communication.
Patients are responsible for following up their own test results, investigations, and referrals. While the clinic makes reasonable efforts to contact patients about clinically significant results, it remains the patient’s responsibility to:
